Why Join Our Team?

mTT enables you to work and grow within your role and offers the opportunity to test yourself, learn and progress further in your career. mTT puts the team first with you very much a part of it, allowing you to support one another to overcome the various challenges along the way and excel together.”

"MTT is sympathetic to the fact that not everyone has the same needs, expectations, or strengths when it comes to their working lives. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes for small to medium size businesses to compete in the construction industry and the same approach is taken with our people. Rather than an overly ‘corporate’ approach to career development that may be found at large or multinational organisations, our structure allows personnel to take their destiny into their own hands, proactively develop to suit the person as well as the business, nurture their skill set and grow within an encouraging environment. So it’s out with the metaphorical ‘ladder’ and in with advancing our collective expertise, ideas and perspectives to take on the enormous challenges posed in modern construction, not least by climate change and shaping healthy, equitable places.
