Socius has appointed mTT as the MEP consultant for this high profile, mixed use scheme in Milton Keynes. The 2.4 acre site consists of an existing 1980s office building with car parking and adjacent grassed area.  The site is being regenerated to deliver a 33 storey residential BTR tower and over 20,000m2 of commercial and retail space through extending the existing office block and building a new commercial building offering workspace units.
