The development has created 418 high-quality single studio units arranged over nine upper floors together with amenities and shared spaces. A new 26,000ft2 leisure facility and 2,000ft2 retail unit have been created at ground and basement level. The development is located in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

The Blackstone Group appointed mTT as design and sustainability consultants for this 500,000ft2 mixed use development. The project comprised a 33 storey, 1200 bed student accommodation with an additional 50,000ft2 education space taken by INTO as well as a further 20,000ft2 of retail space. At 105 metres it is one of the tallest student accommodation buildings in the world and is located in the City of London.

The development also includes a 34,000ft2 sports hall designed to Sport England standards and 19,665ft2 of new teaching accommodation for the University. Pure City is located on Goswell Road in the London Borough of Islington.
